VIOLAINE DEVENS-HERTZOG
Co-founder
With 15 years’ experience in recruitment in France and abroad, Violaine Devens-Hertzog began her career in England and Australia where she recruited mainly finance experts for 10 years. During that time, she held management positions at a large international firm. Now a generalist headhunter, she advises SMEs, large groups and subsidiaries of foreign groups in their recruitment strategies and has a strong international network.
CHLOÉ MOUILLOT
Co-founder
After 4 years in HR communication in a large international advertising group, Chloe Mouillot led the integration and was integral in the development of a branding consulting agency. In 2006, she joined a Paris executive search firm and developed their media / digital practice. For the past 12 years, she has worked with investment funds and fast-growing companies, helping them establishing their management teams.
